Aoraki Mount Cook Airport You will find Aoraki Mount Cook Airport on SHWY 80, 50km from the turnoff at SHW8 and 5km before the end of the road and the Aoraki/Mount Cook Village. This Google Maps link will help you  to find us. SHWY 80 is also known as 'The Mount Cook Rd'.  We are roughly half way between Christchurch and Queenstown. We recommend you allow the following driving times: Christchurch - 330km approximately 4 hours driving Queenstown - 271km approximately 3 1/2 hours driving We are only 5km from the Aoraki/Mount Cook Village, a short easy drive for anyone with their own transport. We have plenty of parking here at our Airport. We are happy to provide courtesy transport for all our passengers.
